Specialising in community-led coastal planning, Beyeler & Associates works closely with public agencies, including park and recreation, tehnical and scientific experts, and community stakeholders, on various coastal planning conservation and public access projects and programs.
Marc Beyeler
Marc is an experienced environmental planner and senior manager with many years’ experience managing professional, technical and administrative staff and teams, addressing a broad range of community environmental planning projects and programs, involving facilitation, program planning, and stakeholder and public outreach. Marc works with public and community partners to plan, implement and maintain a broad range of climate adaptation, coastal planning and environmental development programs and projects.
Marc has devoted his career to ensuring that public resources are protected in perpetuity. This means investing in both people and places and developing the knowledge, tools, resources, and experience to mobilize community self- and co-management, partnering with public managers and owners, and private sector supporters. As a policy expert, Marc has served on several government policy, program, and funding panels.

In addition to his current managerial engagements, Marc has taught and conducted research at the University of California and remains active in relevant research fields.

Completed final concept plan for Davenport coastal access complex, including multimodal visitation train and bicycle facilities.
